Still a good bargain

This is my second year staying here. Last year Summer 2024 the place was AAA status with all things excellent. This year 2025 I bring there rating down To a โ€œBโ€ the price for the room is very good and very affordable. However, I noticed that there is a need for regular maintenance. Bathrooms need to be caulked, outside carpets have stains, railings and bannisters need to be cleaned, and there needs to be painting upgrade. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
