We used Uber to and from the hotel and had no trouble getting rides quickly. The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. the rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast that we had ever had. A large variety of foods and a great selection of snacks to purchase after breakfast hours. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.

Our truck broke down in Bethany, Missouri and we were unable to make our stay at the Tru Hilton Airport Oklahoma City. We needed to reschedule the date but the clerk said that wasn’t their policy and charged our card anyway. Bad enough we broke down and waiting for parts, no compassion from Trunfor an unforeseen circumstance.

The person working the front desk was not friendly or inviting at all. I waited at the desk for a few minutes before they appeared and checked me in. I also watched several other people struggle to find help at the front counter (one person waiting over five minutes after I showed up in the lobby/ another shouting for help to check in) Other than that, everything is great!
