Check in had one person very slow probably took at least 20 minutes. Restaurant was same, took forever to get seated and long time to get waited on. Food was ok. The next morning at 7:30 nothing open to get coffee or food. Restaurant never opened all day only a small deli for food. Room was comfortable and clean.

Short staffed restaurant meant delays, the one lady working at dinner did her best as cashier, host, AND server. Morning restaurant worker was kind of rude/annoyed when i asked where the coffee was. Shower curtain was not clean in the bath. Looked like someone blew their nose on it.

Nice place to stay. If you aren’t a fan of cigarette smoke smell, stay somewhere else. The hallway to the hotel rooms smell of cigarette smoke but the rooms do not.

I liked the ease of checking in to the property, but since it is so close to the casino( the casino still allows smoking) it can get a little irritating to breath, but I did bring my inhaler so all was good.

The room was nice, although it was chilly in there, but I could barely sleep because the pillows were so uncomfortable and the smell of the cigarette smoke from the casino permeated everything. I had forgotten smoking is allowed in casinos.

The front desk staff was not helpful and overall the employees were not friendly. Facility was clean. The grounds are beautiful. Beds were decent. Overall, it was ok. Probably would not stay here again. They acted annnoyed we booked thru Expedia and then claimed they can’t help us with anything because we booked thru an outside source. So just fyi.
