Our stay at the banana garden was fantastic the staff were great and helpful in booking tours and providing local info. The free bikes were great we used them a lot to get out to local attractions great breakfast buffet with an egg and pancake station. We would definitely recommend this hotel

This small hotel is within walking distance to Hoi An Old Town.The property is clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great with plenty of choices including western and Vietnamese food. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and would love to stay here again if we are back to this area.

Excellent staff. Flexible check-in time. Greeting, welcome with a drink. Comfortable bed. Good free breakfast. After checkout: I did more sightseeing and they kept my luggage safe. When I returned, I badly needed to go to the toilet and they let me use one. Great value.

We had a lovely stay at the very charming Banana Villa. This place has everything you need to relax and unwind - friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a good time, a quiet location a bit outside of the main streets of the centre but still with plenty of spas, cafés and restaurants and spaceous rooms with super comfortable beds. In the morning you’re met with amazing home cooked breakfast to prepare you for a day in beautiful Hoi An. Thank you to the staff for hosting us and giving us the warmest welcome to the lovely city.

We chose this property for its clean aesthetic and proximity to ancient town. While those two factors were indeed excellent upon our arrival, we were more so impressed by the kindness of the staff at Banana Garden. Each staff member was friendly and attentive to our needs. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for tailors and spas, and the included cooked-to-order breakfasts were lovely. We'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel away from the busy ancient town, but within a ~10 minute bike ride from it. The hotel also offers free bike rentals, which we'd recommend using to ride to An Bang beach and ancient town. Thank you to the staff!

Welcoming stay , children charge at reception

Hotel was in a good location, we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the banana pancakes. The rooms air-conditioning could be better. However we had a fantastic stay, pool was great and Lynn at reception was fabulous. Unfortunately hotels.com did let me down as I had booked the room with my child who was eight years old, and when I arrived at reception I had to pay extra as she was over 5y this was not clear on my booking.

The Hotel Villa is definitely a hidden gym. Just on the fringe of the main old town area (20mins easy walk), is quiet and relaxing. The staff is very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. Great pools to relax and chill in after a long day on tour or walking around the shops. Definitely will return in the future.
