Overall happy with the house, close to Bushkill Falls which is the reason for the trip & very quiet. The ladies that assisted us with check in were great. The beds however, terribly uncomfortable & was rough after hiking all day. Boyfriend loved the jacuzzi tub & fireplace was enjoyable.

While things may be a slight bit dated and internet access is ok at best. You don’t go to a place like that for that. You go for the beauty of the surrounding nature and the serenity. The amount of space you get for the price is shocking. I would hands down come back and recommend to others.

I love the peace and quiet and also I love the lake view in the morning !I will be going again for the 3rd time with my family highly recommend this for anyone. I don’t like that no one answer the phone when u have to ask a question. The wifi worked great but bring a firestick but overall I had a great time!

The resort is understaffed. The office opened at 9 and closed before 1pm. The furnishings- especially the window blinds, need to be updated in a hurry. The resort is very quiet and peaceful.

Last two times that been there with my family..the swimming pool had been close, the main door lock was damaged, and the worse is the 3 weeks had pass and the deposit had'nt be refund yet..even i have called them, they just say sorry,,AND is a miracle if you call is answered..and still waiting

Deserted and outdated. Limited staff support.

This place is deserted, run down, and outdated. Received room and instructions from answering service. Lady tried to be helpful. Office staff was available next morning after I arrived the night before. Then left minutes after completing my check in. Recreation center with games and pool was locked. No one was available to come and open. Villa was outdated, with older furniture and fixtures. Newer faucets on sinks. Other than signs of not being used in a while, the villa seemed clean, with some repairs on steps leading up to front door. Hot water, A/C, electricity, and TV's worked. Would not recommend, and Hotels.com and other travel assistance sites should not offer this destination because it makes them look bad, and unreliable info source.

Property is very old and needs updated. The light outside didn’t work, which made going up and down the stairs to get in in the dark not fun. The kitchen was semi clean. There was spaghetti sauce splattered on the stove. The fridge was very clean. Sink was nice and had a garbage disposal. The dining room was average. Had a big table not much room to walk around the table though. The living room was ok. The couch and chair looked like they had been cleaned. However they were old. When you sat down on them you basically sunk right in and almost got stuck. There were 2 fairly new tv’s. The 1 in the living room had no sound for most of our stay. The sound didn’t work. Then worked for a bit and then wouldn’t work again. The tv in the master bedroom seemed to work fine. The mattresses on all the beds were extremely old. They were hard and not comfortable at all. I work up the first morning with a headache. There was Roku on the tv in the bedroom. However the Wireless connection was very poor and so the Roku couldn’t connect and wouldn’t work. They shouldn’t advertise that the villa has Wireless internet when the connection is so bad it doesn’t even work. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovations. There’s what appears to be mold around the shower. The other bathroom had a large jet tub, but didn’t look clean at all. Throughout the place there’s paint & wallpaper peeling. It’s sad because you can tell at one point the place must have been nice.

This property needs to be updated things are broken and or falling apart we had a villa that roof leaked when it rained, the stove partially worked, the closet doors were broken, ice cream was left in the freezer from previous renters, when it was time to dispose of the garbage and recycling the recycling bin was locked so you had leave it on the ground and the garbage had not been dumped so you had to leave it on top or on the ground next to the unemptied bin. Also the sliding doors in the villa did not work in the kitchen or the bedroom, sewerage had to be plunged in the toilet since it had backed up. The television in the bedroom is old and there is only one in the living area that can be used for updated entertainment like Netflix. Nice location but updates are seriously needed.
