Pool was closed but no reason given. Bar was not staffed. Area to meet others had to be requested to be unlocked 2 out of 3 nights. Drink and snack pricing high. No daily touch ups to the room. They only clean every 3 days of your stay. Ice macine only on1st floor. Quiet.

This was not our first trip to this location. Overall, the property is in good condition, and the staff range from very helpful to acting like they are overwhelmed. This was a week stay, and not a single time did any maid service our room. They had a sign that said just request service, we did and were told that it would be done the following day. It never was. If I were in the ownership, I would be very concerned, since the maids are the only true eyes on property conditions.
