A localização é o ponto alto, o wifi e agua quente estiveram disponíveis em 100 % do tempo sem problema algum. Quarto confortável ( 4 pessoas ), ar condicionado potente, cozinha e tv. Minha esposa teve crise renal e de imediato o hotel acionou seu seguro que encaminhou um médico ao apartamento para os primeiros cuidados. Excelente.

Super bem localizado.

Eu e meu marido passamos 8 dias em San Andres e o hotel foi uma excelente escolha que fizemos. Apesar dele não possuir café da manhã, não interferiu em nada na nossa estadia, pois os quartos possuem geladeiras e podemos comprar algumas coisas de comer. Uma grande vantagem é possuir agua quente no banho, a maioria dos hotéis não oferecem e mesmo a ilha sendo calor, um banho morno na chegada do hotel foi bem valioso pra nós. O pessoal da Staff muito, mas muito simpáticos, sempre dispostos a nos ajudar e muito solícitos. A localização dele é excelente, bem perto de tudo, restaurantes, lojas, comércio. Valeu super nossa estadia.

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro de San Andrés, próximo à tudo. Bem limpo, seguro e com funcionários bem atenciosos. Água quente no chuveiro, o que é raro na ilha.

Parece mais uma pousada.

Parece mais uma pousada. Serviço muito simples, mas acho que é a melhor relação custo-benefício do local. Os travesseiros eram muito moles e a cama muito dura. Quarto pequeno. Banheiro com ducha fraca (mas tinha água quente). Recepção parece mais um balcão de uma empresa aérea. Se for ficar neste hotel, dê preferência aos quartos do 2 andar, com cozinha americana (tipo loft). Não sei se é por conta do cassino ao lado, mas no final de semana, pessoas se juntavam em frente ao hotel e faziam uma barulhada imensa até as 5h da manhã (Leve seu tapa ouvidos).

Ótima estadia com água quente

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, foram extremamente flexíveis com o check in e check outro ( claro que isto deve depender da disponibilidade), quarto ok como vemos na fotos, mesmo os menores possuem um grande frigobar para colocar suas coisas e uma cafeteira para quem quer provar os sabores do café colombiano. A melhor notícia O HOTEL POSSUI AGUA QUENTE), e faz falta sim apesar de ser muito quente lembre que seu quarto não estará por causa do ar condicionado. Melhor localização na segunda praia mais bonita da ilha ( a mais bonita seria a Jonhy Kay, uma ilhota que não podem deixar de visitar), perto de todas as lojas, bares e restaurantes, fizemos tudo a pé. Excelente custo benefício.

O quarto não tinha blackout, então entrava muita luminosidade no quarto, além da iluminação com sensor no corredor que acendia com o vento, logo, ficava tendo claridade a noite toda. A localização é ótima, mas como ficamos em um quarto com vista entrava mt barulho durante a noite. Não tem café da manhã, mas tem opções bem perto do hotel.

Razoável, porém, é caro. Bem localizado (bairro seguro e onde tudo acontece), não tem água quente no banheiro. A cozinha não foi tão útil qto pensamos pq San Andrés tem muitas opções boas e baratas para comer.
