The staff was very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the room had black mould in the bathroom. We changed rooms once because of it, but the new room had mould as well, but the water pressure was better there, so we couldn't be bothered to change again. The bathroom is very badly designed, with a fixed shower head which makes it hard to keep clean, as well as it being poorly ventilated. It had a framed wall of tiles where dirt would collect. I pity who ever has to clean it and hope something will be done with the rooms before the students move in again. The mould is a heath risk.

Prior to checkin kept sending links to checkin which did not work, said they would assist on arrival, morning of checkin received messages to say had not checked in night before, was i attending for rest of stay, and unable tp take payment from a card, that was not mine, msged again, to see if we had a room, told sorry their error!⁰ when we arrived girl on desk just laughed and said, dont know what we did there!! Asked me to scan qr code then had to stand away from desk as other people waiting, eventually completed form.....but have to say process was dreadful as was service, also reception dirty, lots of litter.... room functional as expected, but floor not clean. Location for where we needed to be excellent. But overall would not stay again
