Not quite 4 stars.

The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk needs training including the manager who would not let us stay 20 minutes past check out rushing us out. The sink was clogged and nothing was done about it. The ac thermostat did not work properly. Mildew in the bathroom.

The hotel was overall very good, and the location was great. Its close to the beach, the shopping mall and other locations. My only issue is that we found cockroaches 3 times in the room. It's not a big deal but as someone that hates bugs, it made me a little uneasy at times.

This is the second time I have stayed in the Ocean Carol View. On both occasions it’s been a great experience. Great location, very friendly staff, super clean, food was great and a great drink selection. I would recommend this hotel to both couples and groups. Will definitely visit again soon.

Super séjour ds cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant. Chambre très belle. Spacieuse. Chanteur. Musicien le soir. Un petit + Excellent petit déjeuner. Bcp de choix salé et sucré . Le petit bémol. C est le jus d orange du matin. Pas extra. Mais le reste au top. Superbe terrasse sur le toit avec jacuzzi. Proche de la gare routière. Proche du mall Siam. Et du Siam Park. Sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons ds cet hôtel. Séjour très agréable Un grand merci.

Þurftum að hafa 3 stór handklæði á baðgólfinu þegar við fórum í sturtu kvörtuðum þá var okkur sagt að það væru allar sturtur lekar og við gætum fengið fleiri handklæði

Super holiday

We thought the hotel was lovely, clean pleasant areas to sit and relax in pool area very clean. Breakfast was amazing ! Everything you could possible want ! Cold or hot. The bedrooms were simple clean and the little kitchen area was perfect (although) we didn’t use it. Nice to have British tv stations on the tv. We had a lovely stay and would go again

You could be moved hotel!!

We originally booked to stay at this hotel. We arrived and they explained they had overbooked the rooms. As a result, we were then moved to its sister hotel 'Hotel Coral Suites & Spa'. This is on the other side of Playa De Las Americas, so expect a completely different location! The hotel is still being built, so building work noise from 7am-5pm everyday. We would recommend you do not book Coral Ocean View as it is not worth the risk of being moved hotel!!! This was reported to hotels.com who gave me some compensation for this.
