Great hotel and excellent location directly downtown with great views on the upper floors. The pool and bar were great they are both on the 4th floor. Small indoor pool, its a small property downtown and the pool is inside... Everything was well maintained and service was excellent! Very close to the Arena, shopping restaurants and sports venues.

This hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks from Chase Field and all the good dining locations. The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again

Disappointing

We usually use this branch of hotels but it was our first time with this location. As soon as we got into the room we realized that there were no sheets provided for the sofa bed, just an empty mattress. In addition, the handle to the toilet felt loose and could break at any moment. But I think what really frustrated us, was after a long day the TV turned off on in the middle of watching it.
