Recomendo a todos

Ótima localização com relação à proximidade de pontos turísticos e mobilidade por ser de frente com a estação da luz. Contudo, é uma região muito perigosa com muitos moradores de ruas e violência, assim como toda a região do centro histórica de SP. Apesar disso, recomendo muito o hotel, o atendimento é excepcional, funcionários atenciosos cuidadosos e flexíveis. Eu e meu namorado tivemos uma experiência muito positiva, por isso recomendo. Em especial queremos deixar um agradecimento para um dos funcionários, acho que era Felipe, ele estava todos os dias pela manhã no hotel. Muito educado e atencioso, nos ajudou muito na nossa visita à cidade.

Bem próximo da Estação da Luz.

Minha estadia foi apenas um pernoite de pouco mais de sete horas. Tive uma recepção bem calorosa pela Mari. O hostel está localizado a menos de cinco minutos de caminhada da Estação da Luz usando a saída Av. Cásper Líbero/Rua Mauá. O local é simples e barato. Excelente custo benefício. Quarto com ventilador no teto e banheiro privativo são pequenos. Cama confortável. Recomenda-se não dar mole nessa região central de São Paulo, evite carregar celular na mão, usar correntes e relógio principalmente a noite. Há bares com mesas na calçada no caminho, evite parar.

Excelente custo benefício.

O Hotel oferece o mínimo necessário para uma boa estadia, é limpo, ambiente agradável, atendimento excelente, ótima localidade. Para um Hostel superou as minhas expectativas. Todos os quartos tem banheiros então é uma ótima opção para ir de grupo, eu fiquei em um quarto duplo com minha acompanhante, tive total privacidade. É possível preparar seu lanche na área comum do refeitório ajudando muito quem quer economizar com alimentação. Me senti em casa de família. Possui excelente conexão Wi-fi. Não possui ar condicionado mas também não senti falta. A acessibilidade não é boa por causa da escada para a recepção, portanto, não é uma boa opção para cadeirantes. Localizado literalmente ao lado da estação Luz é possível ir à 25 de Março e Santa Ifigênia à pé. Eu fui ao Brás à pé também mas o ideal é ir de metrô pois já é um pouco mais distante.

ninguém falou que era no meio da cracolandia de são paulo. Tive problemas, precisei levar minha maquiadora e meu treinador que iriam ficar me pintando das 9 da manha a meio dia, pis sou atleta de fisiculturismo. E NÃAO deixaram eles entrarem no meu quarto que eu PAGUEI para estar lá, tivemos que fazer a pintura na recepção. Não gostei e não recomendo.

Passamos dois dias no hotel, gostamos. Apenas com uma ressalva, os hóspedes fumam na cozinha. Também o rapaz que fica no período noturno é meio fechadão, não te oferece as informações necessárias. A área tem muito morador de rua, porém bastante policiada. No geral vale muito a pena.

Very basic but expect nothing other than somewhere to rest yourself at night! The whole place could do with a tidy up but I have stayed in far worse and paid a lot more. The staff were a credit to the establishment, very friendly & helpful, much knowledge of the local area. This is a rough neighbourhood as one would expect of downtown SP so be prepared! I would recommend and stay at Balcony Hostel again.

Don't expect anything fancy! This place is quite simply a bed for the night. I read reviews prior to staying which weren't complimentary but I'd be inclined to disagree! Yes, the neighbourhood is rough but what do you expect in downtown SP?! The staff were knowledgeable, spoke good English and were very helpful. The place itself was basic but clean. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Hostel no Centro de São Paulo

Hostel muito limpo. Fiquei 03 dias e não tive nenhum problema. Para quem precisa ficar em um lugar no centro com fácil acesso eu recomendo. Um nota apenas para a região que é de cracolândia, no entanto em frente ao hostel tem a guarda municipal.

O colchão não era confortável.Não havia TV nem ar-condicionado. Só ventilador. Wi-fi de boa qualidade. Não servem café da manhã. Localizado no centro da cidade, próximo a estação de trem Luz. Preço da diária compatível.
