Everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is a ten minute walk to the base of the walk up to the castle. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a terrace view overlooking the castle. The place is amazing. Cosy small hotel with nice views to the Neuschwanstein Castle. Walking distance to town center and restaurants and shops. Has a spa area with steam room and relaxation grotto. Comfortable beds and very quiet area. There’s a school next to it but we stayed over a weekend, so not sure how noisy it will be when school is in session. For sure will stay again in the future.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Every staff member we interacted with from check-in to breakfast to check-out was friendly and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were fortunate to have views of Neuschwanstein from our room and balcony which was magical. The hotel had parking available and was in walking distance to the castles.
