Don’t stay here.

When we first showed up, we waited at the front desk for 10 minutes without being helped. We finally got keys and walked in. It immediately smelled like smoke. Got to the room and the room was already open and there were no sheets on the bed. The elevator was sketch so we took the stairs. Constant smell of smoke even in the room, and everywhere. They need to knock this building down and restart.

Great stay and great price point

The young lady that worked the desk on 4/21 for the night shift had great customer service! The room was very nice for the price point. Great lighting, large tv and bathtub. The only cons were the bed was not the best but made it work and the bathtub was dirty so I cleaned it with bleach wipes. The hotel was close to so many stores as well. The internet was very good ans well, I originally came there because they were doing tree work at my house annd wouldn’t have power, so I came there with my pup to do some work from the computer and enjoy the AC. I did pay the 6 dollars for speedy internet for the day but it seemed to work fine before purchasing aa well. Which was nice because sometimes I feel like an hotel will say they have internet and Then it barely works. I was annxious anbout that being that I had work to do. But everything worked out! The doors are locked ant anll times you can only enter with your room card which made me feel safe! The lighting in the parking lot was a little too dim for my liking but it wasn’t terrible. People would hang out there in their cars and what not at night so it made me a little off but no one bothered me. Overall I had a very peaceful stay and did not want to leave!

Just terrible no customer service we wait for the room until 6:30 The lady in the front she kept telling us they have many room who they cannot be rent it because it’s something break in each room So it’s very hard for them to switch the rooms and clean on between clients. The sink in bathroom was barely working , the whole toilet was moving. Nothing update. The light on the nightstand was full of rust. No breakfast just a cereal bars My friend she get the same issue. They check her in . She get in her room and there was still people in the room. Very, very unprofessional terrible.

Good for a Business Trip but not for a Vacation

Linda and Ricardo at the front desk were great! Anyone else was very unprofessional or extremely rude. But we did not know who they were as they did not wear name tags. Not sure why they even had "breakfast". Everyday was the same sad pre-packaged tiny muffins, instant grits and oatmeal, and coffee with grinds in them. Creamer was good quality though. Laundry room was large with a lot of machines but just one little table for folding and sorting. Used the machines twice-first time both machines and room were filthy. Much cleaner the second time. Hotel room was large but empty. Uncomfortable bed. No nice chair or sofa even though room existed for one. Minimal storage even though it was supposedly a long term stay place (and a lot of people were living there unfortunately. Got to smell their cooking every night). If you had anyone staying above you it was a rough night. You heard every footstep, every toilet flush, every scrape of the desk chair across the floor, all their music and TV shows. We also had a parking lot for a restaurant right outside our window. So a good nights sleep was hard to get. No outside area to sit. No pool (my own fault that I picked the only hotel in south Florida without a pool). So if you were at the hotel you were stuck in your room. Area was decent though. Lots of different restaurants within walking distance. Walmart was also close and Costco was a short drive away. Would definitely not stay there again so please do not ask me to.

Clean and bright room. Strong smell of cleaning products throughout building and room. Light sensor activated a bright light over the bed every time we moved in the bed. This disrupted our sleep.
