Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location proved to be very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great if you have a car as it is close to airport, attractions and stores. The jacuzzi was nice and warm which was very relaxing after a long day at the San Diego Zoo. You can hear people in the rooms above and next to your room as this is a motel and the walls are thin. Liquor/convenience store conveniently located right within the motel's vicinity. Only negative is our shower was leaking water from the bottom of the tub but when they cleaned our room on the second day (as they clean the room every other day), I think they might have fixed the issue as it didn't leak the next time we showered. Also the air conditioner was loud but we took it as a noise cancellation from other people making noise next door.

Room was clean, spacious and room had a fridge and microwave. We had 2 rooms and one of them fridge was not working and the other one the sink in the bathroom was not draining. Pool was nice, big and clean but cold :). Jacuzzi was nice and big too. Convenient store and a nice diner like restaurant in the same parking lot.
