I like that the room had a kitchen with an oven so we could cook pizza being there only one night. There’s a couple bars across the street at Jolly Harbour so you’ll hear music till about 10 PM but I’m not sure if it’s every night. Property very rundown, picture show there’s nice lounge chases on the patio for review which there are not. The room was large and comfortable. Steps to the room missing stone, so need to be careful Staff not always on property. Office was closed if you needed anything. Front desk staff didn’t tell us anything about the area. Very unhelpful would not stay here again.

In general it was good except the toilet. The shower was worst I found in good quality hotels globally. Even informed, it was not fixed. Very poor maintenance service.

The management and staff were so friendly and organized my flight was a little late and they contacted me by WhatsApp I felt so relieved and treated so well I can't say enough good things about the people and the facility I look forward to my next visit and I know exactly where I'm going to stay

We arrived at the property and it didn't look like the on line photos at all. We didn't even check in. It was run down and very disappointing. We just gave up our pre-paid night and checked into another hotel instead.

Disappointing.

Room was near the road, therefore had to endure hearing the music all night. Air conditioner was leaking, had water on the floor for my entire stay. Had to put up with towels being put on the floor for my entire stay. Would not recommend for anyone to stay.

Utilitarian and quirky, the hotel is fine for sleeping for the most part, attached bar was a brief disruption. Great location, good local fare in the restaurant. Close to a very well stocked grocery store and a phenomenal Italian restaurant. Probably the best option for the budget conscious traveler.

Close to beach and Miracles Restaurant

Only stayed a few nights but found the room to be satisfactory. Owner and staff helpful. Convenient to beautiful beach.

Hotel under renovation

The hotel is under renovation and empty. It was about 5:00 pm when I arrived and went to check in but the place looked abandoned. Luckily there was wifi at an adjacent bar and was able to contact the manager. The manager was super nice and helpful through out my stay as the airlines had also lost my luggage. The room did not have wifi as advertised which is a real bummer.

The hotel was affordable and right next to the beach. Also there's a convenience store, restaurant and bar right next door. If you want variety, no worries, there's another convenience store, more bars and more restaurants within a couple minutes walk. St. John's and the airport are approx. 20 minutes away. Overall it's a nice place.
