The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were definitely the best part of the hotel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was sometimes weak and unreliable. Also, the hotel’s website listed breakfast at 54 pesos, but we were charged 120 pesos instead, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel met our expectations for the price. It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but considering the cost, it offered good value for money. The excellent staff made our stay enjoyable

The place was well above what we expected with the rate we paid! It’s clean , staff is excellent. Our room was perfect- I just need a bed and a hot shower and that was perfect- the shower was very hot! The outside patio on second floor has amazing views! Highly recommend this place! This is a quiet, clean and friendly hotel within walking distance to the Zocalo. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. They have a lovely little terraza where you can grab a drink from the fridge (honor system) and also have breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, a short walk from the historic centre and all its sights. The staff were extremely helpful and the place felt very cosy. We were able to park outside the hotel on the street, which was a bonus. Thank you to the reception staff who were always cheerful and so helpful.

The staff were amazing, at the front desk Angel was so nice and helpful with everything once I arrived in the later evening hours. The lady’s in the day were also helpful with everything as well. My best experience was with our room maid Clara, she is so humble and such a down to earth person and will go out of her way to help with whatever she can.

This is a friendly, peaceful, and authentic hotel that is blessedly removed from the super busy center but easily walkable to the cathedral, markets, and various restaurants. There is a peaceful rooftop terrace where you can find self serve beverages as well as breakfast (both for a small extra charge). It is so wonderful to stay in a place owned and managed sustainably by locals who love it. I will definitely be back.
