Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly however the hotel is pretty dated and it was around 34 degrees outside and the air-conditioning in the hotel was not up to scratch. We had a couple of sleepless nights here and although the staff were trying to help by bringing in an additional fan to use inside the rooms, it was still too warm.

Exceptional hotel, perfect location. Our room was beautiful and the view from my window was spectacular. It sits at the beginning of the road, full of restaurants and bars and many things to see and do. Annie The receptionist was most welcoming and accommodating. She is always running around making sure everybody is happy.

The service was impeccable, they had great tour packages that included a private tour guide and transportation services which made the experience highly enjoyable and worry free. The property has plenty of amenities, we came at a colder and rainier time but could see how this would be an even more amazing stay with warmer and sunnier weather. This is probably the nicest hotel in the entire area. Location of the hotel was very convenient. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores in the area. It is a short 500 m walk to the boat launch bay for the Tam Coc water excursion.

Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us.
