沒有清潔房間服務/住宿四天只有一卷廁紙，額外的要付錢/接待處很多時間都冇人/房間Wi-Fi 的接駁有問題，基本上用不了

The parking facility is convenience. The property entrance at night time and the parking area is accessible by a security card. So, the security standard is considerable high. the staff at the reception during the office hour is helpful. The bathroom is clean, but a cockroach is hiding at the curtain in the room. During tidying up the room for check out, a stinky sock is found under a chair. It is not a hotel nor a serviced apartment but feels like a flat shared by the owner next door and run by the property management. The room at 6th floor provides a relaxing view in front of the Gold Coast Light Rail. The owner is very nice, has offered the use of the laundry room, and has repainted the wall before our arrival. His kind gesture at check-in gives us a great impression. Our family has stayed in the room for three nights.

总体感觉不错的，可以煮食，洗衣服，免费停车，出门有轻轨站，风景很美，挺舒服的！！美中不足的地方是房子有点小旧，所以抓了一个小虫，可以加强一下清洁的力度和时间！！

Nice place close to the beach. The pool is huge, they have a nice Sauna and I recom is a fair price. Could improve in maintenance and cleaning.

Fantastic apartment with awesome views both sides. Absolutely loved the amenities and services provided. Might be an idea to reschedule that rubbish truck though. 5am is a little early to be woken up by that noise.

Nice apartment but not enough towels for a 2 night stay, only 1 room key which is not ideal if trying to use facilities. One lift out of order whole stay and then the other broke down on day of departure, receptionist didn’t care and we had to carry luggage down 6 floors. Thanks to the tradies who helped my wife down the last two floors

The location was perfect. 1 block from the beach and the tram stop is close by. Shopping and restaurants are within 4 min either direction by tram or walkable. The room was clean and kitchen had everything I needed to cook and eat in the room. I enjoyed the spa, pool and sauna after long walks. The gym has basics. The grounds were well maintained and has a grill and nice sitting area. I had a little trouble checking in as the directions went to my junk mail but the property manager, who is lovely, was able to help. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!

I loved the room however the wifi did not work so couldn’t use TV and there is no fan in the bathroom and reception hours are not very good
