Location was fantastic, the building carried a strong smell of food on the Friday only not sure if due to business downstairs. Interesting building, although staircase up top can be a bit tricky and the bath didn’t work or we couldn’t work it but the separate shower did. For future reference although our key was not left in the room the guy came quickly and I would suggest to leave the WiFi code on arrival as we didn’t get to use it till the following evening, luckily friends had better service to research day before. We will stay again due to having single beds in the property and the location was great.

The room was very large and spacious and extremely comfortable. We had a shared toilet, but in room shower and sink, which was workable. Only 4 parking spaces out front, so if they are full Canterbury East Railway Station, a 5 minute walk, is the cheapest and most convenient alternative.
