Room was clean and had everything you would need. Really close to Metro, 2 minute walk. Just off a Main Street so it was very quiet. Sandra was very helpful and gave a lot of great advice. Even though it was 20 minutes by metro to the center of Paris it was a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance to the suites. Overall a great place.

This apartment is old, very dirty, and smells like sewerage. The bedsheets were dirty, the towels had stains, the toilet was leaking, there was mould and bathroom stinks. If I could give it negative stars, I would. We checked in on the 31st January and have paid until 4th of February. It was so bad we couldn't sleep on the 31st and had to check in at another hotel on the 1st of Feb. My son's asthma also flared up because of the mould. I complained about the room and the toilet leaking but nothing was done and didn't even offer us a new room. We checked in at another hotel on the 1st Feb despite having fully paid until the 4th Feb. when I checked out, the guy at the reception said he will write a complaint for me and will request a refund for the nights we didn't use. I also complained here with hotels.com but nothing was done. It's been 5 days since checked out and I have heard nothing from the hotel or hotels.com!

Good budget apartment.

The reception staff were excellent. The apartment itself was clean and quite well equipped. Shower was very good and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable bed. Ready for a redecoration..Not soundproofed. The location is convenient for Metro 11 route, which is useful. Bakeries, cafés and a few eateries close by.

Our stay was great. The location was very convenient for transportation and available shops for groceries and baking. The hotel itself was good. Could use a little bit of a refresh. The air conditioning wasn't the greatest, but considering this is something difficult to find in Paris, it was better than nothing. That said, talking to locals it was hotter than normal during our stay, so maybe the machine had trouble keeping up. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was much better than in the room. Definitely take advantage.We would definitely stay again.

The heat was turned off the second day of my stay and I was given different stories about why that happened but no solution. I asked for a space heater or extra blankets and was offered a sheet. It was only after I asked for a refund that a space heater miraculously appeared. The unit I was in was in need of a refresh. The lady working the desk during the day was amazing to deal with but sadly that isn’t who I dealt with regarding the heat issue. I wish I had a more positive experience as the location is convenient and the neighbourhood is alright too.

I'd love to be back here

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment hotel. It was in a very nice and calm neighborhood close to the inner city. I felt safe in the area and there were good connections with a lot of busses, tram and metro. Sadly, metro line 11 was closed at the time of our stay due to renovations, but it was still not much of a hastle to get around. There was a lot of food options in the area. I saw two halal boucherie and a kosher boucherie close by. There were a lots of grocery stores, restaurants, boulangeries and cafés. A nice park a short walk away that had quite a well equipped playground. I got the impression that the area over all was quite wealthy and low crime rate. The room was in a bit of a rough shape, a bit old, but nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped and even a little freezer box in the fridge. Maybe a bit dirtier than what it could have been but it was absolutely not a problem for me. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no way to lessen the visibility though the big windows except by completely darken it out with the heavy curtains. I would have loved if there was some kind of blinds that you could use as something in between if you want some privacy. The staff was very nice. A bit hard, and took some time, to get in contact with the hotel before my stay. The online check in was quite unclear but it resolved in the end.

Das doppelstöckige Appartement was schon sehr in Jahre gekommen. Das haben wir schon bei dem Preis aber einkalkuliert. Vor allem die Küche war etwas unappetitlich, aber Bad was sauber. Beie Betten, das richtige Bett oben und die Schlafcouch dafür sehr bequem. Da man in Frankreich anscheinend erst ab Mitte Oktober heizen darf, was es ziemlich kühl, aber das freundliche Personal hat uns einen elektrischen Heizkörper und eine zusätzliche Decke gebracht. Die Lage hat und gut gefallen, 3 Minuten zur Metro. Eine ausgesprochen ruhige Straße.

Le séjour était parfait sauf le chauffage qui n'a pas pu être diminué. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre ( 25 degrés ? ) et encore plus chaud dans la salle de bain.

Mitigée

J’ai passé quelques jours dans cet établissement et mon ressenti est mitigé. Les points positifs : • L’endroit est calme, idéal pour se reposer. • Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. • Les appartements sont globalement bien aménagés et agréables à vivre. Les points négatifs : • La literie est vraiment à revoir : le lit m’a donné mal au dos tout le séjour. • L’isolation sonore laisse à désirer. J’entendais clairement les bruits venant de l’appartement du dessus, notamment une machine à laver en marche à 4h du matin. • La VMC s’active automatiquement à 08h30 chaque matin. En semaine, ça passe, mais le week-end, ça réveille. Si l’établissement améliore la literie et l’isolation phonique, ce serait un endroit vraiment top !
