The staff was very friendly, and we appreciated the overall style of the hotel, although it felt somewhat worn and dated. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was nice and spacious. However, we missed having basic amenities such as coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. There was also no minibar, even though a fridge was available. At breakfast, we would have appreciated the option of sparkling wine. Overall, the experience did not match what we would expect from a five-star hotel—it felt more like a three-star hotel at best.

Hotel a 5 stelle che presenta pregi e dei difetti che vanno assolutamente migliorati. La struttura è in posizione strategica: vicina al centro e raggiungibile sia in macchina che con i mezzi. Personale molto gentile, amichevole e professionale. Parcheggio privato, spa a disposizione (entrambi a pagamento) ed una bella area verde riparata dal sole. Hotel pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto seppure abbia un arredamento antico dato che era una vecchia villa estense. Camere belle, spaziose e con un bagno curato e funzionale. Colazione molto buona che consiglio. Per essere un cinque stelle il prezzo non è esagerato ed accessibile. Dall' altro lato. La mia camera era piuttosto buia a causa di minuscole finestrelle in alto che offrivano poca luce. Wifi davvero scarso che faticava a mantenere una connessione decente. Bagni senza finestre e la piccola ventola di areazione necessiterebbe più potenza. La colazione, per quanto buona, aveva delle pecche. Per essere un cinque stelle mi aspettavo più scelta con la presenza di piatti caldi ma soprattutto molte pietanze non erano refrigerate a dovere con il risultato che collassavano a causa del caldo che arrivava da fuori. Non si potrebbero mettere dei contenitori refrigeranti ? Pure gli yogurt non erano freschi e dispiace dato il prezzo ed il livello dell' hotel. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato più che buono ma ci si aspettava di più. Vedremo se ci saranno miglioramenti.

Très bien, sauf problème de literie

Tout est parfait, le personnel, la chambre, l'emplacement, mais problème de literie, 2 Matelas de 90x1,80 joints et non fixés qui se séparent, d'abord ce nest pas pratique du tout, ensuite ça ne se fait pas dans une suite, en plus la longueur ne convient qu'à des personnes de petite taille.

La location è l'unica nota veramente positiva dell'hotel, per il resto è una struttura vecchia con impianti inadeguati (wifi scadente, aria condizionata rotta e nessuna presa USB tanto per citarne alcune) e arredamento terribile (chi mai userebbe carta da parati a strisce rosa e bianca o docce talmente piccole da non poterti neanche girare?). Non ho ricevuto nessun dépliant della città ne si sono degnati di descrivermi la struttura (ho scoperto della piscina da me) Pannelli solari neanche l'ombra e ingresso senza scivolo (solo scale) per la gioia di chi ha problemi di mobilità. Dato che è anche stato ristrutturato recentemente non comprendo le scelte di questa struttura né il management complessivo per il prezzo che chiedono. Prenotate solo se bisogna essere vicini a posti che dovete frequentare altrimenti non ne vale la pena.
