The staff were friendly and breakfast very good. The location on Marine Parade was a distance from the glitzy area near to the Pier.there are bus stops close by to enable visiting the seafront towns and direct to the rail station. The hotel had the feel of a small, traditional, comfortable, friendly hotel. I would stay there again.

Really lovely hotel. A lovely mix of modern and art deco. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a little noisy from the restaurant downstairs, but next time we'll just ask for a room in a different spot. The staff were lovely, especially those in the bar/restaurant.

Absolutely lovely hotel ! The staff were wonderful, an absolute credit to the hotel! Food really lovely well presented and not overly priced! Only one thing we were not too impressed with the bed , it was just too firm !! A big thanks to the brilliant staff , so friendly 🤗it made our weekend

Great location

I had a very warm welcome on arriving. Check was quick with nice staff. Bedroom was fine with ensuite shower room. It was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast was excellent well cooked and great value as it was included in the price of the room. Restaurant staff were very friendly and smiled which always nice and doesn't cost anyone anything, so well done 👍. I will come back....

Not far from the railway station (a nice 15 minute walk), and the pedestrian area ( 5 minutes) very kind and always available staff. They assigned me a doble room even though i was alone. Right below the hotel there is the stop for the 700 bus with wich i went to Brighton. I would happily return to this hotel.

Lovely large room, very clean. We were on the top floor so internet connection wasnt great, but didn't affect our stay. Great breakfast and such wonderful staff - every interaction was positive. All helpful and cheerful without being 'fake', an absolute credit to your hotel
Chris, 3-night trip

Lovely property but the only thing that lets it down is the exterior of the building. Its very weatherd and some of the structure is being supported and unsightly.

We enjoyed our stay

I made pur booking in April for a 1 night stay in June for our 1st wedding Anniversary. Our room was an executive double. I did request, if possible, a beach view or side sea view. Sadly we faced the back of the Premiere Inn next door. However the room was clean and ample ample size. Lovely touch of towel swans and petals on the bed. We'd definitely come again.
Miss, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

All the staff were very polite and friendly and our executive room was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean with a lovely view directly out to the sea. There was a good choice of breakfast options cooked to order. We ate twice in the restaurant in the evening and the food served was one of the best we've had any posh restaurant. Hats off to the chef! My daughter has just moved into the area, very close to the hotel, so we will be staying here again for sure. Only slight negative is there is no on-site parking, but plenty of parking was available along the seafront.

Uncomfortable night’s sleep

Good location, and very clean in both communal areas and bedroom. However, the room facilities are poor for the price: (1) room unbearably hot (no air con, no ceiling fan, and not even a portable fan to adjust temperature), and (2) bed very uncomfortable (very soft mattress with no support)

Decent accommodation for Goodwood events

Quite last minute booking as volunteering for Festival of Speed so limited options which would probably account for it not really being the best value for money as quite pricey. It was however a very comfortable single room and surprisingly spacious with coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided as well as a very large bottle of water. Breakfast was also included which was plentiful. I stayed two nights and my only qualm was that I was woken up at 6am on the Sunday morning by someone vacuuming ! No parking but free between 6pm and 9am out on the promenade and I found a space relatively easily. Would stay again.
Single room
Saturday cooked breakfast choice . . in addition to full continental options
Sunday cooked breakfast choice

Stay at the Burlington was lovely but rooms could be better as fairly basic for 4 star but service and quality of breakfast more than made up for this.
Jeremy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel on a beachfront location. We visited for a family party in Worthing. Staff and service were very good. As its an old building, some of the windows do not fit very well, ie draughts. Winter time rooms might be cold I think. Overall an excellent stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Burlington hotel.

One of the cutest and cosiest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautiful interior, big spacious rooms, facilities great. Staff were approachable and welcoming. Only two downsides-the breakfast lacked flavour and hotel was a bit pricey.
