The building is extremely run down. The room leaks water during rain. The towel holder in bathroom had no chrome left on it, exposing a rough and jagged surface that can cause serious damage to someone. The walls had water damage and visible paint bubbles. Towels were old and worn, with staining on them. The restaurant was nice and staff was very attentive. I wouldn't stay at Mamacita's again.

Room feels neglected, main light bulb does not work, toilet is right next to shower wall and there is not enough space to sit on it. Knees hit shower wall while trying to relief yourself. Shower head does not move when first opened so cold water will hit you and outside of shower when opening.
