Localizado bem no centrão antigo de BH, dá para ir a pé para quase tudo no centro, inclusive o Mercado. Custo benefício justifica-se. Prepare-se para um pouco de barulho à noite nos arredores pois fica perto de uma concentração de bares e quiosques noturnos.
