2/10 Poor

On the check in the girl so nasty attention, when I get the key after 40 min for bad attention, the room so dirty and nasty, bathroom, floor, bed sheets and blanket dirty and nasty.

To avoid even for $20

You’d rather spend those $80 on a night at a gentleman’s club than on a room in that hotel… At least the smell would be more pleasant. I would also recommend bringing your own sheet for safety. Don’t forget a towel either.

You get what you pay for.

The room was run down. The beds were in bad condition. I believe the entire facility needs a major remodel.

Don't waste your money!!! Pictures on website are not accurate. It is the most disgusting motel I've seen... so bad that I just left.

This motel advertises itself as a proper hotel. They charge a $50 deposit when they should be paying us to stay there. Bed, towels, the whole room were dirty. You can hear the traffic outsids all night long. The AC kept turning off from cool mode, waking me up. This place is the gatewau to hell. And the receptionist made an offputting racial remark.

We arrived and it is a dirty, unsafe and unclean motel. At arrival we were told the reservation didn´t go through because they didn´t take amex. So we had to look for another hotel to stay but as it really looks, I am glad we didn´t stay there.

Don't waste your money on this place

The Siesta Inn was absolutely awful!! Hotels.com should remove this place. The room was old and nasty and had roaches. Towels were stained and dirty. Thankfully the mattresses were covered in plastic so no bedbugs. Attendant was rude and closed the window on my husband when he checked us out. Never again!!

The moment I arrived, it didn’t look like the photos, but I just went through a hurricane so I knew that was understandable. Once I got into my room, I saw human stains everywhere, the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling, the AC hadn’t been cleaned since it was probably installed over eight years ago, none of the furniture matched the photos, the bathrooms did not match the photos, mold on top of inside of toilet. Around midnight people pounding on my door, when I addressed it with the manager, he said hey it’s the weekend people like to party,

Property is in need of updating..! Wall A/C was in really bad shape noisy and even though it was set to 70 the room was very hot. Sheets although clean had holes. Bathroom door was falling apart every time it was closed it was very hard to open and made lots of noise. Tv/cable only had a few channels working. They do a deposit and I understand but had to wait for a credit card refund receipt several others were also waiting. Location is very good and grounds were nice.

Surprised there were no bugs!

First, the charged my card before I ever got there. They charged the full amount. I thought it was weird because no one’s ever done that before. The front desk lady was rude and couldn’t look like she hated her life more. There was so many signs and little rules all over the plastic hanging between you and front desk. Most importantly being that you have to call them 5 minutes before you check out so they can come up to the room and look at it. By the way, there is no phone in the rooms. Thankfully, the front desk person in the morning was very nice and told me not to worry about it. I think he was the owner. We got a physical key and it didn’t lock the deadbolt, just the handle. The door locking mechanism was wobbly and had definitely been kicked in before. Didn’t feel very safe there, though nothing happened. Honestly, if I had known they had weekly rates, I wouldn’t have stayed here. I was also surprised that there weren’t any bugs in my room. That’s not something you’re usually happy about at a hotel. Earlier and later check in and check out than normal so that was nice. And the AC was on the far wall where the closet was, as far from the bed as you could get. It was so hot in there that we decided to leave it going, then get something to eat and hoped it cooled the room down by the time we got back.

I’ve been coming for the last 2 almost 3 years as we were closing on a house and I still have work in the area so I book occasionally depending on cost. I had an accident prior (early menses due to stress) and I should have thrown out the towel because housekeeping (which is just one particular old Karen) has always found a problem whenever I’m there. I’ll come late, leave early, don’t even use the shower most times & yet there are dirty towels. I’ve been bitten on two visits in Room 16 by little red insects. They leave Me itchy, red, with swollen skin all over my body (mostly back, butt and legs). Last visit I was told because of the towel, he got in trouble so I was blacklisted. I won’t be back anyways. Robin is great.

No ice machine requires a $50 cash or c deposit. If staying 1 night paid $70. Walk up was $95.
