Hotel moyen mais pas catastrophique

Cette hĂŽtel n'est pas une catastrophe en soit. Il y a juste quelques points Ă  amĂ©liorer. Le personnel est agrĂ©able, serviable et poli. En revanche les sanitaires sont assez sales . On voit que les draps et matelas ont fait leur temps. Une forte odeur d'urine de chat se faisait ressentir dans notre chambre, nous avons du aĂ©rĂ© un bon moment pour que l'odeur s'estompe. Cela ne m'empĂȘchera pas de revenir si besoin.

HĂŽtel trĂšs trĂšs moyen

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus de notre sĂ©jour. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un hĂŽtel de premier prix, il y a un minimum d’exigence Ă  avoir. - la chambre n’était pas propre : toiles d’araignĂ©e, vielles coulures sur le mur non nettoyĂ©es, taches sur les draps. - WC et douches dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable : calcaire, sanitaires trĂšs vieillissants et sales. - L’accueil est Ă  revoir : nous sommes certes arrivĂ©s Ă  une heure plutĂŽt tardive mais nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris d’ĂȘtre accueilli en pyjama. À notre dĂ©part le lendemain matin, l’agente Ă©tait toujours en pyjama. Nous comprenons qu’il s’agisse d’un travail de nuit mais il existe des tenues plus correctes et tout aussi confortables. D’autre part, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par deux personnes qui Ă©taient en pleine crise de fou rire, ce qui nous a fortement mis mal Ă  l’aise et aucune information concernant les modalitĂ©s de dĂ©part ou autre ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©.

arrivĂ© dans la chambre, les couettes Ă©taient tachĂ©es, je suis allĂ© Ă  la douche DEGUEULASSE ! pendant la nuit vu qu'il faisait chaud nous avons bloquĂ© la fenĂȘtre entre ouverte, pendant la nuit des personnes on balancĂ© un JOINT dans la chambre et aussi un espĂšce de cafard !!! Nous sommes parti dĂšs 6h du matin sans mĂȘme aller aux toillettes de peur d'attraper une maladie !!

Une honte

Hotel tres bruyant. Niveau propriété, que se soit le personnel ou l'établissement il y a du travail. Alors ok la chambre et peu cher mais vue l'état et lodeur de la chambre. Meme pas oser prendre mon petit dejeuner le matin jai persu 6euro. Reveillee a 6h par des hurlements, 6h 20 jetais ds la voiture.

Les chambres sont dans leurs jus, dessus de lit brĂ»lĂ© par de la cigarette, les draps propres mais des traces de rouges Ă  lĂšvres, les matelas qui ne sont plus des matelas mais des planches tellement ils sont durs. Je n’irais plus dans un F1 autant mettre un peu plus cher.

HĂŽtel dĂ©sastreux, Vraiment déçu Étant une personne handicapĂ©, aucune chambre adaptĂ© encore moins pas de douche pour personne handicapĂ©. Je ne suis en aucun cas satisfait, de la prestation. C’est vraiment triste!! Si je pouvais mettre 0 Ă©toiles je le ferais.

Scary bad

Such a bad experience after the much cheaper and way better F1 in Clairemont Ferrand (CFe), where I stayed twice. The positioning is altogether bad in a run down industrial neighbourhood with very few options to get some cooked food. It matches it's surroundings. Same architecture that the CFe site has with a central Stair with shower and toilet stalls around it on every floor. Floors go in straight directions from the core shaping a cross. Every room has one insulated window. This one was very old and worked very badly to keep out the noise from the road. The walls were quite thin and it was noisy. Two big stains on the run down carpet, the sheets were not cleaned well and the matrace rock hard. For that 37 Euros? Filthy showers, horrible night. Don't go there.

Das Preis-LeitungsverhĂ€ltnis ist exzellent; fĂŒr kleines Geld bekommt man hier eine sehr gĂŒnstige und gut erreichbare Unterkunft mit direkt angeschlossenem Parkplatz. Das Personal war ĂŒberaus freundlich und das schlichte FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ebenfalls fĂŒr den Preis unschlagbar. Man sollte aber wissen, worauf man sich einlĂ€sst, um EnttĂ€uschungen zu vermeiden: keine HandtĂŒcher und Seife auf dem Zimmer, WC und Dusche nur auf dem Flur und der Zustand ist nicht der beste. Sehr verfleckte Teppiche, die Duschen mĂŒffeln und eines unserer Zimmer roch nach Fisch. Bei uns gab es noch ein technisch bedingte MissverstĂ€ndnis zur FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuchung: Expedia zĂ€hlt alle unter 18 als Kinder, wohingegen das Hotel nur fĂŒr unter 12-jĂ€hrige kostenloses FrĂŒhstĂŒck anbietet. Das wird vom Buchungssystem aber nicht richtig abgeglichen, sodass wir fĂŒr die ganze Familie FrĂŒhstĂŒck gebucht zu haben dachten, das Hotel aber nur fĂŒr die Erwachsenen und eigentlich auch gerne FrĂŒhstĂŒck fĂŒr unsere Teenager berechnet hĂ€tte. Das Personal hat in unserem Fall sehr kulant reagiert, aber es wĂ€re gut, wenn Expedia und das Hotel hier einen besseren Abgleich finden könnten.
