It was a really nice room and the other stayers were cool. Pools were nice. But.. Took a while to get parking authorized. Made me have to talk to security when I parked for the first few days. And the gym is for condo owners - I thought the pictures were misleading on that. But overall we had a really nice time.

There were wires hanging clear down the wall from the tv that was on the wall. The tv in the bedroom was probably 20 yrs old. The main bathroom tub and shower quit working and said they needed to call a plumber to fix it but in all fairness I declined because I only had 2 more days to stay and was not comfortable with people in and out while I was there. The resort was very nice but the actual room needed alot of updating and tlc.

Our stay at the Majestic Resort was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo on the 4th floor, and the location was absolutely perfect — just high enough to enjoy incredible Gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the beach and pools without long elevator waits. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom featured a comfortable sized bed and the walk in shower was great. Having washer and dryer was a plus. The second bedroom was perfect, and having two full bathrooms made getting ready easy for everyone. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we appreciated being able to cook some meals while still enjoying the ocean view from the dining area. The living room was cozy and bright, and the large sliding glass doors brought the beach right inside. Resort amenities were fantastic — multiple pools (including an indoor one), hot tubs, a fitness center, and even a little market and café on-site for snacks and coffee. The beach access was just steps away, and the sand was soft, clean, and beautiful. Staff and security were friendly and visible, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, the 4th-floor 2-bedroom condo at Majestic Resort is the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Whether you’re with family or friends, it offers the right mix of comfort, convenience, and stunning views. We’ll definitely be back!

Communication with host- Excellent Community - Seems old. not much things to do compared to others Beach Access and ocean view - Excellent HOUSE was big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Master bedroom was big. Its near the elevator and garbage shute, so it was very noisy during night. Kids were not able to sleep properly.

This property is great for the view and the area, walk to the beach right outside the building, parking is near and included in the stay. I loved that we could walk to dining, the market beach pools, coffee shops, everything about the stay was great except the minor things like a couple small appliances were needing repaired or replaced and the room we stayed it could really use a deep clean and touch up paint. But overall we were very satisfied and would come and stay again.

2016 Summer vacation

Nice stay but the shower SUCKED. No ice machines on property for guests. Only one washer and dryer for guests in units without them. H2O grill on property had great food. Friendly staff and security. Secure area. Easy access to beach. Walking distance to Dee's Hangout and Pineapple Willy's.

The room needs a fresh coat of pain and a new ice maker in their refrigerator. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was a very clean room. I liked how it was at the end of the hall and there wasn’t random people walking by all hours of the night. Would stay again!

I have to start by saying I had the best time in a long time on a vacation. It was definitely such a beautiful place to stay and our Condo was the cutest ever. Very clean and so was the whole place and offered chairs on the beach and easy access to the bar outside Tower 1, maybe in the future they could build a bar outside Tower 2. Our room had a few minor things that didn’t work when we got there but we overlooked it and hopefully when we come back they have it fixed up. It was a good spot to stay that the stores wasn’t far away as well. No Golf Carts allowed was a bummer but we managed. We will be back again and enjoy the beautiful beaches!

NOT A GOOD HOTEL OR ROOM

First off the Commnication and details on how to park and how to use the parking pass were not clear. We never received a code for our room I had to call. Then the Room was very bare, not much furniture, there was no chairs no where to store our clothes, we had to keep them in our bags. There was sand and hair all over the floor. I was not happy nor impressed with the hotel or room. I definitely will not stay here ever again!!

Not Very “Majestic”

Where do I start? It started without any clear instructions on the ridiculously strict check-in process. Nowhere on my instructional app did it state the requirement of parking on the third floor of the parking garage to unload (without leaving the car unattended - another strictly enforced rule). The security staff was horribly rude, seemed to hate their job and threatened to tow our car on several occasions. The parking garage had a walkway across the road that could be accessed from the third floor, but third floor parking was reserved for owners only so guests have to hunt for a parking spot on other floors, requiring either a long walk dodging cars, a disgusting trek down the smelly stairwell or a sweltering ride in the elevator (which took 20 minutes to arrive). Once inside, there are FOUR elevators to service 20+ floors of guests, which were located just outside the air conditioned hallway…the longest we waited for an elevator to arrive at our floor was around 20 minutes, so we gave up and took the 10 flights of stairs up to our room. When we FINALLY reached our condo, we were taken aback by how dirty and disheveled it was. Its pretty bad that we had to pay a cleaning fee for this room when I had to clean it myself upon arrival. The photos when we booked showed bunk beds (no bunk beds in sight) just a creaky pullout with a paper thin mattress. To top it off, the room next door was UNDER CONSTRUCTION, which they worked on until 2AM each night! NEVER AGAIN!
