I did not stay there need a reservation they did not have a room to accommodate me and they were supposed to refund me I did not stay at your facility. Please refund my card like the manager said they would, thank you. I would have loved to stay it looked like a very nice place but unfortunately we had to find a different place to stay.

This is a place wher you can't be for vacation or a stay. 1. The surrounding of this place are not clean at all. 2. The room who was a non smoking room was smelling a segarrett smell, plus was a smell of beer and Marijuana. 3. By the photos looks like a good place, but when you get to the place it isn't closer to the advertising in the website. 4. Was so bad that my wife tells me to do the check out and leave the place to go to anther hotel.

This was not at all what we expected. Our room was borderline disgusting. We only needed to sleep and shower and there was hot water and a decent bed, but everything else was gross. The bathroom especially looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Light bulbs did not work. The fridge was rusted on the outside. The WiFi didn’t work. We will not be back.

The room was so filthy and smells really bad. There was black mold in the bathroom and the fridge and microwave were really dirty. The sheets look like they haven’t been washed at all!!!

The room that I had booked and requested which was 117 and I was told when I called prior to check in but it shouldn't be a problem the room was no longer available so I ended up in a smoking room with a queen size bed that was much smaller for the same price would it be possible to get another day and lieu of this mix-up

No one was at front desk despite us ringing for service. After 20 mins we called the hotel. The room was clean but paint was peeling, where the smoke detector should be had duct tape over it, the pool was closed and, when we went to the”complimentary” breakfast, the lobby was locked (@ 8 am).

Did not stay. Property is in poor condition. Arrived after dark and as a single female felt very unsafe. Breakfast area was dirty. The pool was a black cesspool. Arrived to my room and after smelling how musty it was and realizing the windows and door had very minimal locks, I left. This is the worst motel I’ve ever been to. Saving a few dollars wasn’t worth my safety.

Service was okay but the property is disgusting. True roach motel. Unsafe outlets just hanging out of walls mattresses are dirty and unkept. Paint and drywall repairs unfinished. Rooms have minimal light. And they’re charging the same prices per night as much better kept hotels a few miles away.
