Staff was nice and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Excellent location for walking to/from the train station with our luggage. Also easy to walk from the hotel to the main attractions in Amsterdam. Lots of good food options and shopping near by. Our room had A/C and 4 comfortable twin beds for our family and the bathroom was a good size.

The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel is clean and in close proximity to the train station, many restaurants, and canals. The beds are too firm for us, but they're like that at most hotels. The penthouse room with a city view is amazing!
