This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition, and being so close to the main station was really convenient. The room was VERY small, even compared to other Japanese hotels, but it was good value for money.

Property is in a superb position close to metro station and so easy to navigate to any part of Tokyo from this station. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, well kept and provides an excellent service. Room size a bit on the small side but not a complaint. Would definitely recommend.

Las instalaciones del hotel están bien, son modernas. Lo que no me gustó es que la recepción es prácticamente autoservicio tanto check-in como check-out. Hasta el registro para resguardo de equipaje lo hace uno mismo. Esto le quita calidez, el contacto es solo con máquinas. Si alguien piensa ir al spa, debe tomar en cuenta que es tipo japonés, hombres y mujeres aparte y es sin traje de baño (desnudos)

Basic rooms are 11m2 which is just a bit too small for a couple with bags for several weeks travel. Personally I was a little claustrophobic. It’s manageable but not great, our view was of a wall. But these APA hotels do have onsens and are well located and well cleaned and staffed.
