A equipe da recepção foi muiito atenciosa, tive que fazer a reserva de última hora, pois não honraram uma reserva que fizemos no hotel Roma pela plataforma concorrente. Foram solícitos, confirmaram as informações da reserva, nos arrumaram um apartamento que nos atendeu muito bem. Importante salientar que se trata de Flat, nesse caso, pegamos direto com eles, então foi tudo ok. O apartamento estava bem limpo, mas é preciso dizer que alguns itens precisam de revisão, como o assento sanitário, a ducha higiênica e algumas fronhas dos travesseiros. É necessário revisar também a higienização dos ar-condicionados. Os elevadores do prédio também deveriam ser revisados, principalmente em relação ao funcionamento, pois parecem que estão com alguma programação que está prejudicando o funcionamento. Café da manhã estava muito bom, só não gostamos das opções dos sucos, estavam um tanto doces e pareciam sucos prontos ou reconstituídos, fora isso, tava tudo gostoso. As piscinas estavam com a água bem limpa, sem aquele cheiro forte que muitas piscinas de Caldas Novas ficam, só tem que dar um talento nos azulejos das bordas. A localização é excelente, fica em frente ao Shopping Singapura, só tem que saber que haverá um pouco de barulho até um pouco mais tarde, ainda mais em feriados e finais de semana, mas não nos incomodou muito, na verdade o que mais incomodou foram carros com som absurdamente alto passando tarde da noite já quase de madrugada, fazendo disparar até alguns alarmes.
