This was our second time staying here within 9 months. The bed in the room we had this time was very, very firm. It was like sleeping on the floor. We woke up very sore in the morning. That is my only complaint. The room is spacious and I love the little kitchen area. The breakfast was great. The hotel was quiet. The bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. Had to use the kitchen faucet. Friday I wasn't feeling well and wanted get some sleep but there was an annoying tapping sound that sounded like it was next door. I know you're under construction but I thought that was on the 4th floor. Needless to say I didn't get the rest I needed. This is the first time I was disappointed at TownePlace.
