The only issue is the check in wait time was over an hour. Long line! It made me late to my dinner reservations. Staff was nice and I got a free upgrade for inconvenience. It seems during a busy holiday they needed more check in staff.

The staff was very nice. Overall the room was clean, except minor issue in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. Just suggest that more options are offered in the future. The beach was not not as clean as it was supposed to. Our family was not able to enjoy it which was one of the main reason we wanted to stay in that area.

First of all, everything here was a scam. They never mentioned parking passes until my car was towed from the parking lot. To which I am now having to attend court in a town i only came to for vacation. And after the hotel refused to pay it. I let them know i know statute 715.07

I was upgraded to a better room to the Swan building. The room was clean except there was sand on the floor in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The room had a kitchen but I did not use it. Good hot water in the shower but too a long time to get hot. Good cable tv.
