Good location, poor hotel.

Great location with lovely local shops and bars. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The first room I was given was in the basement. Generally grubby, smelled of damp and the bed was rock hard. I asked for another room which I was given, also in the basement. Only slightly better. Uncomfortable bed. Terrible banging on the ceiling from rooms upstairs. No hairdryer. Flaky Internet connection. Again generally grubby.

The location was awesome. Right between two major Train stations. Busses right out the door. Room was a little smaller than we expected but did the trick for sure. Room was clean and kept clean for our entire week. There was always some around 24 hrs a day to help with any needs.

Bed very comfortable which is rare at this price. Window was cracked / smashed however - but it didn't detract. Basic, but was good for sleep.

It was a nice room, not huge but to be expected in that kind of building. Staff were friendly enough. Bedding was clean, the beds were comfy. Toiletries and towels were replenished. No breakfast included as advertised, not too sure why. Very convenient for location. Would stay again.

The Hotel is not in the best condition anymore. But for us just staying for 3 nights just to sleep there it was ok. Perfectly connected to the underground (Hammersmith and Shepard’s Bush), Supermarket and bars/snack bars just around the corner.

Absolutely horrific stay would not recommend at ALL. Room is different from what is advertised, whole building smells like sewerage, bed sheets were coverage in mold and questionable stains, you can hear your neighbours so clearly the noise is unbearable. Housekeeping pick and choose days to come in and service your room. And to top it all off I was waiting for 10 min at reception trying to check out, so unprofessional.

Overall the property was fine if you need an overnight stay it's fine for that but the area around it, Shepherds Bush/White City is full of gangs and coming from West London myself originally I know knife and drug crime are rife there so be careful when your out especially in the dark
