My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. It’s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid it’s a shame.

Gostaria de registrar minha avaliação sobre a hospedagem no Intercity Hotels. Já conheço a rede e inclusive já me hospedei em outras unidades pelo Brasil, sempre com experiências positivas. No entanto, desta vez fiquei bastante insatisfeito, especialmente em relação à limpeza do quarto. O banheiro encontrava-se visivelmente sujo, e a higienização do quarto foi claramente insuficiente, aparentando apenas uma limpeza superficial. Havia presença de cabelos, poeira acumulada — inclusive embaixo das camas — e sinais evidentes de que não houve uma limpeza adequada. Esse aspecto comprometeu significativamente a experiência, gerando desconforto e até certa insegurança quanto às condições de higiene do ambiente. Em relação à estrutura do quarto, há pontos de desgaste que poderiam ser melhorados, mas acredito que passariam despercebidos caso a limpeza estivesse em um padrão adequado. Diante disso, deixo meu registro na expectativa de que sejam tomadas providências para melhoria, especialmente no controle de qualidade da limpeza, que é um item essencial em qualquer hospedagem.
