The place is quiet which was nice. Some strange guests late at night making noise, but only for a day or two. Seems like people mind their own business. They had a band on Saturday which was nice ! Could use some upgrades and does not truly reflect the pretty photos on the website. Staff were very friendly especially Nicholas who works hard and is great with customer service. Close walk to beach and restaurants.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony looked into an atrium, although the music from the main floor would echo up in the morning, and it was quite loud. Beach/pool towels were already in the room, which was very convenient. On the downside, we were not able to get hot water in the shower.

This property is in a great location, however it is quite run down. Ad mentions restaurant and room service, this is false. Not even ice! The simple amenities that usual hotels provide, like towels, hair dryer are very limited. I will not be staying at this property ever again!

staff services were great. great customer service. security/door man (Guerremo) is an amazing person with great customer service. always willing to assist. Arturo also had amazing customer service. always made me feel welcomed and was willing to provide great customer service. went beyond to assist me in any way possible. My room was always clean. cleaning service and the girl who assisted me during breakfast was great. Spa experience was also great.

Overall nice place was very upset when checking out as they charged 750 pesos for a small quarter size mark on the sheet that I could have removed myself and they will remove. There is no need to charge 60 US dollars for something like that. Due to that one incident I will not be returning there as you do not treat your guests like that.

Had my money stolen from my room safe. Hotel did not take responsibility. The hotel staff is no more than a dozen so every one of them is a suspect to me. It must be team work… The hotel manager apologized and told me that such incidents have happened in the past and there is nothing they can do. My hotel duration was short, I requested NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE but the staff came in despite my request! The initial price is attractive but it is bait – it was my most expensive hotel room ever! Look for other hotels in Playa, there are plenty of good ones…

Our stay was amazing not without a few hiccups along the way, (room wasn’t ready at check in time, door lock battery died) but the staff made up for it. I’ve worked in hotels for over 10 years in management positions. The staff are great, one day it rained and I walked back in soaking wet and without even asking a staff member gave me a towel. Anticipating the needs of guests is key to good service. The bars both downstairs and at the pool were closed when we visited but you’re so close to so many it was fine. The room was clean and wonderful. The staff were great, Expedia didn’t pass along our breakfast inclusion and the manager sorted this out immediately with no stress at all to us, (let me stress this was not a hotel issue). They helped us store our bags safely on check in and check out. They also let us sit on the rooftop after check out for a bit before we had to go get our bus. Breakfast was also good, with several options to choose from. Thanks guys, we would come back!

Staff is nice and tries their best but unfortunately this Property isn’t anywhere near a 4 star hotel. Inside there is no a/c in any area aside from your room, extremely hot all the time/ the room itself isn’t up to date and has stains all on the furniture and they didn’t have small face towels, barely any toilet paper. We had to switch rooms. Nobody really speaks English so be prepared to struggle A LOT! The language barrier can cause a lot of headaches when it comes to pricing and paying, they get you to spend more. Hotel is older and in underdeveloped area, it’s construction across the street so the walking can be a bit tough. Would not recommend this hotel.

Mi estancia en el Hotel fue pésima, el hotel al momento de la reserva ofrecía Servicios como alberca y estacionamiento qué no me brindaron, al momento del check in como la elberca no estaba habilitada, me ofrecieron un club de playa sin costo adicional, pero al llegar a el lugar me dijeron que no tenían ningún convenio con el hotel, por lo que fue Mentira tampoco contaban con estacionamiento. En los cuartos de alado se escuchaba desde muy temprano trabajos de albañilería por lo que tampoco se podía descansar.. En general la experiencia no se la recomiendo a nadie.
