良いところは部屋のサイズや綺麗に掃除してある事だけ！ まずは①部屋に電話☎️がないので、初日に色々な事を聞きたいのに3階だったのでその度1階ロビーまで登り下りして大変だった。 ②セーフティボックスの鍵が壊れていたので文句を言ったらオールマイティの鍵を帰るまで渡された。（これってどの部屋も俺開けられるって事じゃん！） ③ドア🚪の建て付けが悪く鍵も壊れてるのか長い時は10分ぐらい開かないのでまたまた、下まで降りて女の子に頼んだ。 ④天気の良い日にプールサイドで日光浴しようと見たらものの見事に緑色だった。 ⑤以前の口コミでは朝食にホー等の麺が出たと書いてあったが、滞在中一度もなかった。毎朝、卵をプラスしたコンチネンタル様式。表の看板みたらバッグパッカー用のホテルだった。納得！いや、騙された気分？早くもダナンのホテルに戻りたくなった。

Little gem.

Fabulous little hotel that delivers in so many respects. Spacious room and spacious en-suite. Small balcony- too hot to sit there! Contemporary swimming pool with sun beds in shade - who would sunbathe in that heat/sun! New spa very nice and good value. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bikes and on edge of town near to the beautiful beach of An Bang, just 3 km away. 25 minutes walk to old town but taxis very cheap if preferred. Exceptional value for money. Higher recommend.

Great stay!

We loved our stay in Golden Bell. The staff is really nice and they do their best to improve your stay. The room is big and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is very good. They have free bikes for the guests. It is in 20 minutes walking distance from old town. They build an extension next to the pool, so It is not so charming as It shows in the photos.

One night was enough.

Location was perfect and WiFi was very strong. However, the room was not as soundproof. Lot's of noise and vacuum since 7 am from the next door. Cannot really say the staffs were friendly because there was a moment one Spanish couple and i felt very awkward when we had a breakfast.

Wij kwamen 's morgens rond zes uur aan bij het hotel, terwijl de inchecktijd pas later op de dag is. Er werd ons een kamer aangeboden waar wij nog een paar uurtjes mochten slapen en douchen en gebruik mochten maken van het ontbijt. Er werd ons gevraagd of wij de prijs van het ontbijt wilden afrekenen. Prima natuurlijk! De kamers zijn prima, groot genoeg, een lekker bed, mooie douche met een lekkere straal. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bellen eerlijke taxi's, overvragen niet als je een tour wilt boeken.

Lovely staff, great hotel

Nice hotel, offer free pushbike hire. Rooms were lovely, a little worn in places but they were great nevertheless. Beds comfy, ac worked well, bathroom was great. We went on a tour on our last day and they let us use a shower even though we had already checked out. Would stay here again if ever in Hoi An.

Hotel is a little outside Hoi An but staff offered us bike rentals to get to centre of town. This place wasn't spectacular but decent value for money and staff were helpful. Rooms were lean and comfortable.

Bon accueil. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle (nous avions une chambre au RDC, certainement pas la meilleure!). Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Le plus est la piscine, petite mais bien agréable en fin de journée pour se rafraîchir. 15 minutes à pied du centre ville dans un quartier "un peu" plus calme (beaucoup d'immeubles en construction aux alentours). Possibilité de louer des vélos à l'hôtel et propose également un transfert en taxi pour l'aéroport de Danang.

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Hoi An

Äusserst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das bei allen Anliegen gerne weiterhilft. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Am Stadtrand, in Fussdistanz zur Altstadt gelegen, für einen kleinen Ausflug (z.B. an den Strand) werden sehr günstig Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt.

Good affordable hotel

We enjoyed our stay. With a scooter it isn't far from both the beaches, port and old town. The staff are very helpful. We did have an issue with an overflowing toilet which was promptly fixed when raised with reception. The showers only have hot water for a very short time before switching to warm water which may be an issue for some. Breakfast consisted of Pho or Congee/Noodles, and the usual fruit, cereals and freshly fried eggs upon request. For $31AUD a night it is worth it.

Good facility, the room is well furnished. The bedding and mattress are excellent that I was sleeping like a baby! The location is a little bit far but still in walking distance 15-20 mins, the quietness is worth for that location though. The buffet breakfast is good especially the freshly fruit

Older style Boutique Hotel

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights .Its about 15 mins walk from the central part of Hoi An .The staff are lovely and attentive .Our room was small but very clean and had a small balcony with 2 chairs .Breakfast came with the room which was a very basic buffet with average coffee ..Eggs done the way you liked was also available .I feel that the outside area of the Hotel could be used to provide maybe cocktails or drinks and snacks as it has a great pool and outside chairs and tables .Overall a pleasant stay .
