They had private events for three nights where the lobby was packed and very little security. We witnessed a robbery outside the hotel (a suitcase being stolen from a nearby hotel). Not a hotel that deserves 5 stars. Friendly service at check in. But that’s about it. Breakfast was understaffed. A bottle of sparkling wine was promised in the room at arrival. No sign of it. A kind of hotel that wants to be ‘boutique’ but fails completely.
