Right on the beach which was nice. However the master suite toilet ran constantly, had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. Very few kitchen cooking available. No cookie sheet for baking or other items. Had to use foil for make shift cookie sheet. No oven mitt. Otherwise stay was good.

Our condo was very clean and provided beautiful views of the ocean. Beach access was easy and it was really nice to have access to a pool and bathrooms close to the beach. Elevators were a little slow so it did take a bit to get to the ocean and back to our condo. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach were not provided with our rental and with as much as the rental cost they should have been. It was an additional $50 a day per pair of chairs so we just bought our own tent and beach chairs. It was cheaper!

Elevators didn’t work half the time... we were on level 14 and that isn’t fun walking that many stairs carrying stuff! Parking is extra extra close!!!! You will get a parking violation if you take up two spots too! The condo itself was extremely nice!! But will not ever stay at sterling reef again! Needs improvements!!!

Disappointed

There many nice things about the condo such as location and the living room and master bedroom being gulf front. However, it was not very clean and many things needed repaired. There was enough dust and dirt on the ceiling fans and vents to choke a horse. Neither sliding door had a lock on it. The ice maker didn't work, the lock on one of the bedrooms didn't work. After walking around the condo for a few minutes the bottom of my feet were black. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much better.

Watch out for that other charges!

It was a nice location, the view the beach, the rooms were nice, but (1/1) the sofa was dirty with stain so is some of the bed sheets. (1/2) the worst was those fees that they charge you for cleanliness that's about the same amount as the room itself and no one ever showed up to clean. (1/3) the manager was rude, and also they do not provide itemized receipt to show your daily amount pay.

The family reunion

The overall vacation stay was Fantastic. The only dim spot was the check in. Everything is automated and no personal attention had to email or call to ask questions. I'm kind of old fashion. The facility was ready and clean, all appliances worked. Every one enjoyed the stay immensely . We are working plans to return next year. Thank you Stirling Reef!

Sterling Reef 1906

Sterling Reef was a nice condo and a place I would stay again. Very nice pool and easy parking inside the deck. The room was very clean and nice. There was an issue with the wifi not working for the duration of our stay. Overall it was a great trip and nice place.

Wonderful!

This was a family vacation. I am so happy I chose Sterling Reef! We weren't directly in the middle of the "hot spots" which made it less hectic and quiet! Rooms were amazing, view was amazing, and the other guests were pleasant as well. Highly recommend Sterling Reef.
