他のホテル以上に曜日、日程など客室稼働率を反映した料金の変動が大きい。大井町駅すぐなのに、こんなに安いのは何か理由があるに違いないと覚悟して泊まった。確かに部屋は狭いし、ホテルの基本性能の目安である給湯能力は貧弱だが、それ以外に特段の不具合は見受けられなかった。東京のホテル代金高騰の昨今、一人１万円を切るようなら、きわめてコスパが高い。

駅から近くて、コンビニもありチェックイン前にセルフロッカーへ荷物を預けられるのでとても便利だと思います。アメニティも良かったです。 ただ、お風呂のシャワー混合水栓の温度レバーがとてつもなく固く、やっと40度まで回ったと思えばそれ以上回らずとてもぬるい温度での入浴となりました。

ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔感もあり、ホテルスタッフの対応もとても良かったですが、教えて頂いたホテル1階にある居酒屋が本来0時で閉店とフロントで聞いたのですが、近隣の飲食店を見て回り大半が23時で終了だった為、22時40分頃その居酒屋に向かったところお客様がいなかったからなのか既に閉店していました。
