Great hotel, we have been there multiple times. However this time service in restaurant failed a bit. Staff made multiple mistakes, however they solved them as well. Another change - room cleaning is every second day, not daily. Hotel claims it’s to be more environment friendly (maybe yes, maybe it’s an excuse). Overall - great hotel, but not sure we will come back again.

Virkelig fantastisk oplevelse fra start til slut. Hotellet var utrolig flot, super rent og havde en virkelig behagelig atmosfære. Personalet var helt exceptionelt søde, hjælpsomme og professionelle hele vejen igennem. Da jeg ankom, havde jeg først fået et andet værelse, men der var en del larm omkring det. Jeg ringede derfor ned til receptionen og spurgte, om det var muligt at skifte værelse – og det blev ordnet med det samme uden nogen problemer overhovedet. Det satte jeg virkelig stor pris på. Senere på aftenen kom jeg tilbage til hotellet, hvor alle parkeringspladser udenfor desværre var optaget. Da jeg gik ind og forklarede situationen til medarbejderen i receptionen, blev der straks åbnet op, så jeg kunne parkere i hotellets parkeringshus. Fantastisk service og virkelig god behandling. Jeg var også så heldig at få et værelse med udsigt ud mod gaden og vandet, og det gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre. Udsigten foran hotellet var virkelig smuk og skabte en fantastisk stemning. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse, og jeg kan kun give mine varmeste anbefalinger herfra. Jeg kommer helt sikkert gerne igen.
