I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

Equipe sempre gentil e quarta impecável! Para ganhar as 5 estrelas, so precisaria melhorar a internet. Das duas ultimas vezes em que estive hospedado, uma delas tive que mudar de quarto para um quarto em um andar mais baixo, porque a internet estava horrível, não conectava nada. Da ultimas vez nesse final de semana, estava bem ruim também! Fora isso tudo estava impecável!

Check-in demorado demais. Se for chegar de madrugada o atendimento é precário, enrolado e arcaico. Só tem 1 funcionário. Chegou uns brasileiros com passaporte na minha frente, e a atendente teve que digitar todo Passaporte , levou trinta minutos. Meu check-in com CNH foi feito em 10 min, bizarro a demora e a cara da atendente ,achando normal eu esperar mais de trinta minutas as 3h da manhã. Além disso o quarto estava com vazamento no Banheiro, e a atendente ainda queria que EU fosse buscar chave de outro quarto, as 3h da manhã, exigi que me levassem. Péssima experiencia nesta parte. NO MAIS o Hotel é bom e os quartos confortáveis.
