Es una muy buena opción porque son pocos cuartos y es Pet Friendly, lo único es que hay 2 categorías de cuartos y en la categoría de mayor costo hay 4 cuartos, 3 de ellos en la planta alta y 1 en la planta baja. El de planta baja debería tener un precio/categoria menor porque se escuchan los pasos, voces y como corre el agua del cuarto de arriba.

A beautiful, intimate place to stay ....

A very pleasant stay. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing, and so nice to return to after a day wondering around town. My wife and I have been to Merida on several occasions, but this was the first time staying at this location. Villa Verde is perfectly located in parque Santa Lucía as it is only a few blocks either way from Plaza Grande to Santa Ana/Montejo areas. The property is very well kept and the rooms are spacious. With only five rooms we rarely saw other couples and it felt like our own personal hacienda. This property is perfect for those new to the area or returning time and time again. Highly recommended!

Service is decent at Decu hotel,, but do not rent a room on the bottom floor as you will hear every foot step of the occupent above, which is nerve wrecking. Also, every time you leave and want to reenter the hotel, a staff member has to run to the front door to let you in. They dont give you a key.

Fuimos en pareja, el hotel es muy lindo, construido y decorado con mucho gusto. El servicio y los detalles dejan un poco que desear; La limpieza de la piscina es muy pobre, y la utilizamos justo después de su mantenimiento. El desayuno es pobre y de mediana calidad, no el que esperas de un hotel boutique por 300usd la noche. Las mesas sucias con migas, falta mucho cuidado en los detalles. El mismo hotel con un buen Gerente, con experiencia, sería otra historia. Los muchachos muy atentos, pero les falta guía.
