Dirty Experience

I booked an executive suite, but the fridge smelled bad and had pieces of fruit inside. The slippers and disposable amenities were missing. The bed was so dirty that I had to ask for the sheets to be changed immediately. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was an incredibly bad experience—I left the hotel right after the first day.

Bad service and reception.

Room was in bad condition the ac didn’t work, room cleaning didn’t come at all in my 4 night stay! Even when I asked for it. The only decent guy (skinny guys unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was on the night shift super friendly and helpful guy. Also the price for location is super high €400 for 4 nights. Over all if I could give no star I would.

For the location and price, this was a super good deal. The best part was how quiet it was ( I was on the side of the building away from the bar.) I enjoyed being able to get a good breakfast onsite. Plus some really nice restaurants are close by. Note that this hotel occupies only the lower stories of a residential high rise.

Honestly the surroundings were good to explore. The hotel itself is lousy , noisy, staff need too much training … Breakfast buffet is limited..housekeeping is noisy , not professional ,, rooms are dirty, not maintained .. small rooms, and many more negatives.. I won’t stay at this property again..
