Ik had een suite geboekt, echter de kamer is geen suite te noemen. Kamer niet in het hotel zelf, maar een nabij gelegen gedeelte van het slot omgebouwd tot twee hotelkamers. Wij hadden de bovenste kamer, maar is te klein om een suite te noemen en tevens niet comfortabel i.v.m. schuin dak aan twee kanten. Twee grote tv’s aanwezig. Eén bij het bed en één bij het zit gedeelte, echter dit is naast elkaar en onnodig gebruik van de kleine ruimte. Vanwege het schuine dak is het zitje niet comfortabel omdat je, je hoofd stoot tegen het dak bij zitten op de bank. Het zitje is ook erg laag, met lage tafel. Er is geen bureau of ander hoger zitje aanwezig met stoel. In de badkamer zijn ramen zonder raambekleding. De douche is met hardere druk koud of warm met een zachte druk. Het bed is comfortabel maar heeft, ook midden in de winter, slechts een enkel dekbed. Op kamer geen koffie/thee faciliteit aanwezig. En als je omstreeks 21.30 uur bij de bar een kopje thee wilt halen dan kan dat niet meer omdat het apparaat uitstaat. De rode wijn de we geserveerd kregen stond al te lang open en was niet te drinken. Restaurant is op de dagen dat wij er waren, maandag en dinsdag, dicht. In het dorp zelf is geen restaurant. Je moet een stukje verder rijden voor een restaurant. Er zijn geen tips te vinden bij de receptie voor de omgeving of activiteiten. Er zijn geen voldoende normale parkeerplekken aanwezig, je parkeert zomaar ergens op het terrein. Je kan nergens elektrisch laden.

Die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub war groß. Das Hotel wurde im Internet sehr gut bewertet. Das Hotel ist von Außen sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die angeschlossene Gastronomie war der ausschlaggebende Grund die Unterkunft zu buchen, in der Erwartung dort während des Aufenthalts voll umfänglich versorgt zu werden. Es gab keinen Hinweis auf Ruhetage. Trugschluss. Montag und Dienstag Ruhetag. Es sollte im Internet darauf hingewiesen werden, da es im Ort keine Alternativen gibt. Das Zimmer war optisch schön eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen war aber definitiv zu wenig Stauraum für die Kleidungsstücke vorhanden. Lediglich 3 kleine offene Fächer, kein Schrank mit Türen machte ein Leben aus dem Koffer unumgänglich. Gemütlich ist anders… Vielleicht ist das Hotel eher für Kurzzeitgäste gedacht, die mit wenig Gepäck anreisen. Unser Zimmer war gegenüber des Aufzugs, was sehr geräuschvoll war. Ein Wechsel war nicht möglich, da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte es bei der Buchung beachten und von vorne rein, um ein anderes Zimmer bitten. Leider gab es keine Allergikerzimmer, oder anders formuliert, meinem Wunsch nach einem solchen Zimmer wurde bei der Buchung nicht entsprochen. Unser Zimmer hatte einen älteren Teppichboden… suboptimal für Allergiker… Summa summarum: aus 5 Nächten wurden 2 Nächte, der Urlaub sollte Erholung sein und nicht zur Herausforderung werden. Wir mussten vorzeitig abreisen.

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten und freundlichen Angestellten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und schafft eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch angerichtet. Sehr schönes Hotel. Alle Zimmer individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück.
