Lovely touches, like fresh milk and a welcome bottle of beer and prosecco in our room. Fantastic stay, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The customer service from all members of staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and the added touch of a complimentary packed lunch and welcome drinks in the room were a very thoughtful touch, as was the birthday dessert presented at dinner for husbands birthday. We have stayed at Biggin Hall many times before and it never fails to please. Top class service at breakfast and dinner and the meals are a real treat. The location of the hotel is idyllic with plenty of parking and wonderful walks from the doorstep plus of course it is dog friendly! Wonderful!
