It was very dirty in the lobby the hallways the bedding had to be changed and refrigerator was so damaged on the outside it began to rust. Not what I would expect from this type of hotel.

Room was not what is advertised on website! I requested a refund because I wanted to leave and they denied me! I will be calling capital one to get my money back!! This place is a dump! Looks nothing like the pictures on the website!! Plus a horrible smell in the room! DO NOT BOTHER!!

The property did not match the photos shown in the listing and was in very poor cleanliness condition. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Upon check in. The process was extremely slow. The next morning I went to shower and asked the maid in the hallway for extra towels, she replied there were none available as they were all being washed and if we needed any at that moment we should go to the store to purchase more. Upon leaving for the day shortly after that to ask the front desk for fresh towels, no one was present at the desk to assist us. The unit was extremely ran down and not well kempt. I would NEVER return to this establishment. They need to close the doors.
