Das Personal war wirklich sehr sympathisch und bemüht. Die Anlage hat alles was es braucht und wurde auch mit viel Aufwand eingerichtet. Dennoch fehlte das Flair, das das Haus zu einem mit Aufmerksamkeit gepflegten und kultivierten Ort an dem man sich willkommen fühlt macht. Möbel standen irgendwie rum, im Spa war viel kaputt und nicht repariert, der Behandlungsraum (Massage) unaufgeräumt, die Fliesen um den Pools schmuddelig und ebenso die Liegestühle.

Muy comido y agradable en general

Es una pena que por fuera no haya aceras en la calle y esté la zona un poco descuidada, pero tanto el hotel como el área de la playa son geniales. Tanto el desayuno como las comidas excelentes y con un servicio rápido y amable. La ducha un poco incómoda y más para una suite… pero aparte de eso estuvimos muy bien.

The property overlooks a beautiful harbor and the view from the pool area can’t be beat. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town which isn’t bad, but there were no sidewalks and the walking was a little dicey.

A few weird experiences. The may let herself into my bedroom to leave a letter on the bed introducing the hotel without knocking the coffee machine was missing and I have to call up. They told me that it gone for service I may or may not have one and there was some bits and bobs as the photos attached in the drawer of the bathroom top of the make up shadow an old bag and a few hairs around the sink itself

Enjoyed my short stay

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My room, the pool and breakfast were very good. I recommend you use UBER to get to the hotel much cheaper that the hotel transfer option. Its a ten minute walk to one of the cutest little towns that I have ever visited.

The hotel was in a beautiful location sitting a ten minute walk from the Old Town and directly across from the harbor. Our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The complementary morning breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a very nice stay with no complaints. We did find it odd that the front desk was located inside the bar area. I’m not sure if I would give this hotel the star rating that they claim to be, but it is a nice place to stay.
