This motel is very run down. We had a lot of space but the window A/C struggled to keep up, the blinds didn’t keep light out, and the extra bedding had holes in it. Additionally there were bugs in the bathroom. Friendly front desk attendant but overall I think we will spend more for a nicer stay next time.

Bedroom very noisy the motel is located in front of a busy street with windows all the way around the room. Only inexpensive metal blinds to cover the windows. When you are taking a shower they only have warm water for like short periods and then get cold. The bedroom looks like it’s was sinking because the walls are cracked and poorly repaired.

This is an older property with no frills but room was clean. Property is located on main highway through town so there was a bit of traffic noise. We had a truck and trailer unit so parking was a challenge but staff worked with us on this

Pillows were terrible. The room was light all night because there were no curtains to block the lights from parking lot. Crazy noisy like we could hear the neighbors conversation thru the walls.

The property is in very poor condition and has been poorly maintained. The carpet appears to have never been cleaned, and the room has a strong, unpleasant odor. All clothes stored in the room start to smell bad after being kept there. Basic amenities are also of very low quality. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Staff checking us in and out were great. Clean comfy bed in a smaller room with small dining table,fridge & microwave. Motel right next to main route hwy (28) with lots of traffic (semis with jake breaks) & rooms not soundproofed well. Only one nightstand, with no lamps next to bed (overhead light only), and no convenience outlets for charging cells (Power strip balancing on edge of dresser next to fridge near bathroom). Room charge didn't match amenities, but hotels in area @ lower cost were limited based on timelines of our visit to Painted Rock Parks. If you are in area for sunset painted rock cruise, eat somewhere before you go on the cruise because dining and bars are not open after 10 PM in surrounding area.
