Banheiro sujo, imundo, com vazamento de água na ducha higiênica que deixava o banheiro sempre molhado, água com cheiro fétido e num dia inteiro ficou cor marrom, escadaria sempre suja, vidros imundos, tolhas de banhos duras e manchadas, na chegada ó lençol da cama rasgado. No meu ponto de vista, deveria ter uma reforma geral e se preocuparem com a limpeza. Xícaras do café uma de cada tipo e pires nada a ver. Enfim, nota zero, não piso mais aí nem indico pra ninguém. Fiz reclamação para o gerente do Nova Onda e até hj não me deram retorno. Totalmente decepcionado com a falta de conforto. Momentos em que precisei e nem gente na recepção havia. Me passou a imagem de desorganização e desordem por falta dos responsáveis. Paguei muito caro pelo retorno que tivemos.

Excelente localização, atendimento de todos funcionários da pousada são nota 10, limpeza perfeita, café da manhã simples mas atende perfeitamente. Houve um contra tempo no sistema de água por 1 dia e meio, falta com certeza uma melhor manutenção. Quarto sempre limpo, trocaram as toalhas todos os dias. A funcionária do atendimento é uma pessoa de um astral belíssimo.

Estadia razoável. A localizacao é muito boa. A cama é confortável e limpa. O que nao esta bem é a manutencao da limpeza, que parece ser bastante superficial. Falta conservacao e capricho. O café da manha é bom. A estrutura do hotel é boa, bem equipado, TV smart, imagem perfeita, armário espaçoso no quarto, mesa, frigobar funcionando muito bem. O problema é a falta de limpeza e conservacao. Falta capricho e supervisao efetiva.É uma pena. A sensacao é que o hotel esta "largadinho".
